Front tires 22" vs. 23"

I need to order some new front tires for my recently purchased XX. I have heard that the 23 inch front tire will rub on certain brands of nerf bars when turning. I am planning to get some nerfs but not for a few weeks. I need tires now.
Which brand nerfs do not rub with the 23" front tires?
Also I have noticed that the actual size of tires vary from one brand to another. For example a 25" maxxis big horn is about 26 inches. A 25" GBC dirt tamer (big horn copy) is about 24.5 inches. Have any of you seen this with sport quad front tires?
Thanks for your thoughts as I need to order tires today to be ready for a trip to WV next week.

Hello,
I also have to change soon,
front wheels,
I also noticed, Dunlop standard, for example,
they look taller than others, same inches.
However, I will apply 23 "CST PULSE,
also, if in the climbs, there can be a greater risk,
front turn up,
but for my use, 21 "front,
it's a little bit,
in some cases, there are difficulties overcoming some obstacles.
About NERF BARS, I do not know,
I have removed every additional weight on this quad

I ended up using 22 inch front tires because I plan to purchase nerf bars and the 23 inch tires were too big for that.

I just purchased another pair of front 22x7x10" GBC Xc Master tires from Discount Tire. $78.99 delivered!

I love there lowest price offer. I think there regular price was like $58.98 each before tax. I found them for $84 a pair with tax. So Discount tire knocked another $5.00 off the lowest price I found. Ordered Friday evening and they will be here sometime tomorrow!
