To answer your question about posting idk what issue your having. To start a new thread or topic, you just go to proper area of the forum and click on ( post new thread) then add a title, and then your message.
As far as the wheel stud, they are sold separately. So I'd say they can be pressed or beat out. And if your hub is already missing one, then you have nothing to loose by trying to r&r it. I've never done it on the 700, but have changed several on auto's in the past.
I'm wondering what happened to break it, and is it the front or rear hub? You can get used hubs on eBay for like $20 for fronts $30 or so for rears. And the studs are like $6 each from a dealer.
