I'm 215 and mine are halfway. rears are about 1/8. I can ride wide open in 4th gear over tight whoops now. It bucks through and over them and no longer dives in. Big help. How much do you weigh? As far as getting the rear to break loose you need to power out of turns. Get the rear wheels spinning to break loose. My rears still grab a bit and I'll be tightening the preload just a little before my next ride. I had to use a small sledge and heavy screw driver to break the rings loose. Jack up the quad and you can turn them by hand once you break them loose.
