shocks

right i have my ds450 shocks ready to fit. need to trim the upper mounts on the quad but cant find the photos that are on this forum showing where to cut.
any one know where they are

mods to my trx700xx
ac front bumper, power commander v, fmf full exhaust,13 tooth sproket, ims tank (remolded) shock covers, uni filter, Reverse rev limiter removed, tusk tether kill switch, ds450 front shocks, l8ton oversized sway bar (all 700xx need this)
GP reverse lever on handle bars, itp wheels, kenda klaw tyres,

I just started triming untill they fit.

23" GBC XC Master tires up front
ITP T-9 rims rear GBX X-REX 22-11-10 rear
Douglas red label rear rims with 25" swamp lite tires
8000k Hid lights, 13/14/15tooth sprokets
Removed reverse rev limiter
Ds450 shock swap
EHS fuel programmer
Big Gun EVO R slip on

I would take a side grinder, and just start trimming on the mount. By using the grinder, you can keep a radius and you cant tell that you have even done anything. That is if you use a little touch up paint.

Take off a little bit at a time and see if the shock fits. Keep doing that little by little till it fits

but mod the shocks do not mod the frame as it will make it weaker and frames aint cheap to fix.
