Quadtech seatcover

Hello.

Finally i had time to pamper my seat with a new foam and cover from
Quadtech. But about the gap between the seat and the gastank,
should it be like that? It wasnt that big with the stock seatcover.
And also if i change the gastank to an IMS will the gap be any bigger?
Please advise.
Thanks

That's def not the right fit...The gap shouldn't be that big. Only thing I would do is add more foam to fill the gap if possible. That could be a pain tho..maybe it needs to be re-done??? I'd do some research about that brand possibly iya just a cheap aftermarket seat foam/cover. Good luck
I'm curious because I plan on installing an aftermarket cover but I don't want to mess with the foam unless necessary.

Had the same problem when I fitted up my IMS tank. I shoved a little extra wadding in at the front when I recovered the seat, worked a treat. See pics:

I have a Quadtech seat also. I found that the front tabs don't slide into the tank cover like the stock seat/cover setup does.

Hello Baxter.

Do you also have the stock gastank, do you know if i switch to IMS will the gap be bigger/same or smaller?
Could you take a pic and show me what it looks like on your TRX?

Thanks
