Black rims and new tires

Hey guys I want to get some razr2's up front and razrs in the rear. I have read where alot of guys are putting 10" rims on the rear so I was thinking of doing this along with the 13 t front pulley. can you experienced guys lead me in the right direction for the right size rims and tires. I would like to get black rims also if possible. thanks you very much in advance.

I went with Razr2's all around. 22x7x10 up front and 22x11x10 out back. Gforce XC rims up front came in black and Douglas .190 rims out back I had powder coated.

When in doubt... Punch it!!!

Nice I like it. are those the stock sizes? I am all new to this so I am not familiar with sizes. I have bear claws on mine and was thinking of saving these for winter and I dont like the looks of it with them lol I really like the looks of yours though

Thanks... No the rears are 10 inch, stock is 11. I changed because there wasn't much of a selection of tires for the stock size rear rims.

The traction of the Razr2's is unbelievable. The push in the front end is pretty much gone now. The combo of the Razr2 tires and the L8ton rear sway bar took care of that.

I also went an inch taller on the front tires to get just a little more clearance. I ride in Maine and New Hampshire where the trails are usually twisty, technical and always covered with BIG rocks so every bit of ground clearance helps.

When in doubt... Punch it!!!

Almost forgot, switching to the 13t front sprocket is one of the best mods in my opinion. Makes it a much better quad, smooths the low speed technical stuff right out.

One of my other favorite mods was removing the reverse rev limiter. Reverse was pretty much useless for anything but slowly backing up, if you got stuck in mud sand etc you'd be better off just pulling it out by hand ... ha ha!

When in doubt... Punch it!!!

Rockymountain has a the Douglas .190 with a 4x3 off set for our quad $60.00 each for the rear 10" there not black thou. And your Bearclaws do look skinny, but mine are way to big at 25x12.5x11 this is compared to the 22x9x11 Kutter. And for the record its a 13t front sprocket not pulley, lol just razing you!

Just seen that "whynot" is a guest not a member, I didn't think you could post as a guest, let alone start a thread and upload pictures?
