Piggyback rear shocks

I know Elka trailed a few pairs but anybody know if any other shock companies build a piggyback rear shock for the 700xx ?

Failing that , looking to get some stock rears rebuilt. Who has them , who built them and how do you like them ?

2008 TT-ReXX , 2003 400ex and 2014 CRF250r.

I am also interested of stock rear shock performance after re-valving.
Specially like to know what you guys think about springs.
Are stock spring any good, or should re-valved shocks also have aftermarket springs and where to buy them?

Matlocks shocks are Elka's rebuilt by Precision concepts. I think Wayne was sponsored by Elka at the time. Heard very good things about GTT. Never found anything for the 700xx on Race Tech website.

Thinking of rebuilding the stockers myself.

I spent quite some time with a suspension guy when I first got my XX. We tried a bunch of different setups, and found a great solution. S2 Suspension Center was the one who built my stock shocks. It completely changed the dynamic of the rear shocks. A good re-valve and re-spring worked amazing. I eventually went with aftermarket when I saved enough, but the rebuild was worth it for a novice rider.

Baxter, I thought you had Motowoz for rear shocks?

Elka Stage 5's are piggyback.

Keep having the hoses leak. Jim sent me a new set of hoses and they leaked so got some made here in the UK and rerouted them differantly to how Jim does. They seem to be holding up. We can't figure out why the hoses failed. Everything seemed to be built right. Bit of a mystery.
