dagirl71 I have a STUPID HURTS honda sticker on my truck....

I have a good helmet from what I think but you never know whats better unless you ask what everyone else uses...

I have hit my head twice now to the ground and not only did I not feel it but not even a chip in the helmet so I think my noggin is protected pretty good.

If you have a 40 dollar head buy a 40 dollar helmet, Whats your head worth for some people not much I guess since they ride with no helmet. STUPID HURTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter cracked a helmet when she was five that was given to her I went and bought a good helmet right then no more gimme's of cheapies ,Ride safe all keep our sport the best.

vfm2010 For the street I use Shoei, but not as picky for the off road I've been using a fulmer. Now that kid is getting older and faster which means I ave to keep him off my tail I should be looking into something better.

Just remember, you get what you pay for. If you spend $100 at a whole sale club you get a 100 retail market helmet. If you spend 300 dollars on a helmet you get a $300 helmet. Both will most likely need to be replaced after a accident, its the quality f how it holds up during the accident. Hey it could be worse you could have pee'd your pants when you fell

But seriously im glad shes ok....the helmet did its job...and now shes got a cool lession to teach people. Even now reading this, I bet a few of you took a second look at your helmet.

240 All helmets will crack given the force of an impact but at the the same time even if they crack they have still provided the protection from the initial impact.

SixSixOne helmets will protect your head the same as any other with the same certifications. As far as I know all SixSixOne helmets "Exceeds SNELL M2005 and DOT helmet safety standards."

ceballos I've never had a problem with 661.. IMO, it has top quality products, and great protection!...
