Sid rappey,
WOW!!! I gave that festival a quick look and was blown away by all those amazing cars. That Mazda Furia and the Audi really caught my eye. That Audi was at an auction on a TV Show but didn't sell. Asking price was $2,000,000 I will look at all of them in greater detail later.
Thanks again,
Sid

rappey I think the one you mentioned is two jet engines..
Its the only place i know of where you can be right along side the worlds top current racing machinery when its parked up in the paddocks.
Standing next to a F1 car when it starts up is awesome as the noise reverberates the whole area and your body.
I have thousands of photos of some incredible cars and some crazy concept cars.
Thay have a display area for concours cars that are up for auction , many worth millions and millions as they are so rare.
Google "goodwood festival of speed" and you will find so many images of amazing cars, or youtube and see videos... there are even some quads too !
Best bit is , this yearly event is only 25 miles away from where i live

Sid rappey,
Outstanding!!!! Great cross section of the old and new racing world. Drifting is sweet!! Have to give those guys credit for racing the classics. The engines sound amazing. What was that one car they just showed a small glimpse of? It had two giant fans on the rear end. Never saw that one before.
Gave my goose bumps a real work-out.
Thanks,
Sid

rappey Nice cars.. This is sort of along the same lines -
The Goodwood Festival of Speed , the worlds largest gathering of racing vehicles, ranging from the first ever racing cars to todays F1 and their drivers, rally cars, indie cars, super cars, motorbikes from all ages, planes, dragsters and classic cars..
Many race on the "track" ..
The "track" is actually the driveway to goodwood house !

Take a look at the video highlights..

Amazing Classic Cars

For those interested in 1930s vintage automobiles take a look at this video of beyond amazing classics from Europe. The Oxnard Museum in California has this rare display that will get your juices flowing. Restoring one of these rare beauties would be a difficult task to say the least. All it takes is lots and lots of money.
If you are interested.....enjoy.

Note: I'm not sure why the video shows up twice. Sorry
