Ba9801 Welcome to the club. I also live in PA.
These are great bikes and you will find alot of useful info on this site.
Just get a set of OMF wheels for the rear, you wont be disappointed. I have them and they are amazing.

fpsdavis Thanks, only thing is might need a top end rebuild, but may just be valve adjustment. Fenders are a little beat other than that. I threw the SS wheels on the front and got the PRM bumper, grab bar, and heelguards plus HMF slip on for now. Want to make it nice, just wish there were more rear wheels without having to change out the hubs.

Sid fpsdavis,
Welcome to the forum. These machines are really tough. Work on it slowly and as the money is available you will bring it back to its original glory with whatever changes to make it yours. Keep us updated.

Picked up a 700XX a month or two ago and just stumbled across this site. Moved up from 2 250x's ('87 & '11) and just couldn't go anywhere but Honda for my next sport bike! It may have been abused by its previous owners, but I'm trying to give it a second wind with some TLC and I'm sure it'll treat me good right back - it is a Honda, after all.
