StefanS The stock shockes i think are really good but the more i ride them i feel they tend to fail in the deep holes maybe they are overheated and the damper oil looses the viscosity, i dont know. What i know then on a series of three or more i have to slow down to controll the bounce from up the holes.
I hope better chockes will help this, and them Motowoz seem to be a good bargin.

Please let me know if anyone having the experiance.

StefanS Hi All
Thanks for all the responce from the Volvo pic
First time i used 2 hours to arrange into the car, i had to make sure i could do it myselves if i got a flat tire an need to axcess the spear wheel.
Yes i used a cutton plancket, but next time i will use a thin wooden plate. The leather and trunk cloth survived fine.
At the rally camp i got help from (not laughing frends) but it took 30 min to take out and assembe.
To take it in again with mud and dirt it took 1 hour - incl bear drinking and explaining incl.
Tires ? i did got the Maxxis 11" and the grip are awesome compared to the stock.
I did ride 1500 km racetrack mud and sand and the wear up to now are only a little rounded nobs.(the stock ones was gone in 1000 km, also on the front)
I outrun canam 1000 in deep sand and only once i got stucked in the mud (where i could pull the machine backwards to clear ground)
I would recomend the maxxix anytime.
I did by the 23 inch at the front, i think it have saved my ass in the stones and tree stubbs.

This weekend race i did a third place......im happy.

O about the radiater, the filtercloth worked perfectaly the engine electric fan turned on and off around 100 celcius.
The front of the cloth packed solid thru aprox 1/4 inch the rest of the 1" thick cloth was clean and coult let some air pass
The ambient tempwas 10-15 degrees and the waterholes soaked everything the dry passes just build more dust - so i think it did the trick. More cars and atvs must clean radiarors everyday.

Baxter I could not find a Maxxis or Kenda 11" tyres this side of the pond, so best price I got for Kenda Kutter 22x9x11 was from Chaperral Motorsports. Decent price and cheap postage. If width is not a problem then it's cheaper to buy 10" rims and source tyres locally. The Kutter is a good tyre but wear after 8 hours is unbelievible. 10" Klaw is a better tyre for traction and wear.IMO. If I did another 8 hr race on the Kutters they would be done. I'm going to put my spare pair of new 11" Kutters on Ebay.

crwh45 I used to ride with this guy who would put 3 dirtbikes in a Ford Fiesta or Festiva, can't remember which model it was. But he'd put them in rear first, taking the back wheel off, undoing the shock, and then the front ends would hang out of the hatch on a platform he made. It took him only about 10 minutes to assemble, disassemble a bike and throw it in there. It was neat, I asked him why he didn't just get a truck, and his response was he has a dirtbike for each purpose and no one is able to ride in the car with him bc there is no room and he wanted to keep it that way, LOL.

rappey Omfg... A trx in an estate car... Brilliant !!
I also suffer from mud in the rad during the winter..
I tend to agree its mud splashing up off front tyres then riding into it so am far from convinced that anything on the front bumper will help, but more likely to hinder air flow to a clogged rad !
Renegades and yamaha rhinos also suffer from this.. Raptors do not as the rad is high enough..
