M_Quick Thanks for sharing, I will check video after work.

Wow that was a close call.

Luecker Here's the link to the Youtube vid where I had a close call with a deer.

Here's some pics:

Pic from the Solana State Forest near McGrath, MN

I used a GPS tracer but I forgot to start it when I left and then it lost track for a bit and stopped tracking the distance and average speed. It also stopped before my ride was finished.

Here's a look from the Kettle River Trestle bridge on the Soo Line South trail west of Moose Lake, MN.

This is also on the Soo Line South Trail somewhere between the Solana State forest and the Kettle River bridge. I had to add gas at this point.

M_Quick Damn 55 to 60, 90 Friday and upper 80's rest of weekend in WV. ! I just got back from the ten mile mud hole. It's 37 miles one way, if you go directly there and don't stop and play on any of the hill climbs.

Can't wait to see your pic's and video, that's alot of miles in one day!

Luecker I did the ride yesterday. It was about 55-60 degrees and light steady rain all day. I started at 8am and rode until about 7pm. Logged about 285 miles. I'll post up a couple pics and some vids. I thought I would be sore afterwards but I actually felt better than I do after a 2 hour XC race. I just about clipped a deer that ran across the trail. <---Will post vid of that!!

Not me! The most I've done on the trails is 90 something, and that was a long hard ride. I've went over 100 miles in West Virginia several times. But like 1/2 would be on the road, and we usually run 65 mph (Top speed of the Razr's) on the road, so it don't take long to add up some miles.

roadkill I don't usually go on multi day rides (I'm old) BUT, I went on a poker run with my friend and his 2 daughters a couple years back on the slopes (foothills) of Mt Rainier in Washington and that turned out to be around 63 miles on one Saturday. Left from Oak Creek winter Elk feeding station... Nachees, WA.

YellowSnowman Can't imagine doing that kind of length ride on a Raptor at my age (43). I've typically ridden Can Am Renegades and Outlanders since 2008 except for my last bike that was a Scrambler 1000.
I got tired of all the maintenance that they take. I'm liking this bike. It's comfy, hopefully even better when my Elkas come in a couple weeks.
