BiFfMaN Well any shock reacts differently in extreme temperatures, Fluid Viscosity or Air Pressure is effected by temp. Just Adjust Pressure and ride.

500Rubie I see that FOX has a video of these shocks on a 700xx on their wed site www.foxracingshox.com I was wondering if there would be a difference in cold temperatures. We haven't got over 15 here in the last week.

mariom131 You can't adjust the rear shocks on the 700xx. What I do is I put my weight on the back of the quad while I'm pulling up on the handlebar when I go through whoops and bumps.

double_0_xx so for a novice.. I am looking for a way to adjust the rears so they dont kick me in the a$$ over whoops or a surprise hidden bump in the sand.

Any plug and play?

MRP530 Good point. If I knew the answer i'd be an engineer and not a cop!! LOL

scuzz Keen observation.

One corner could take the brunt of a landing whereas the other side would get nominal force. Finding the right balance of dampening while retaining correct spring ratios for a general rider sounds like it would be hard.
