Well thanks for the input. My buddy has the barker pipe and I really like it. He dosnt have the quiet core or anything and its pretty loud. If the HMF is louder then Ima go with the Barker. The question is how quiet can the barker get and how quiet can the HMF get? Is the barker that much better to justify the price difference? I found Full HMF for $478 and Barker for $610.

Can't tell you about how quiet the HFM can get... But my Barkers has been sound tested twice now. With the QC, I tested 92db and 94db... different places, but are supposed to be tested using the same procedures.

Well, IDK if Im being impatient but I wrote EHS racing a PM on here and sent them and email. They never sent me my confirmation email about the exhaust being shipped and my money is still pending in my account. I remember reading that Nash couldnt get an exhaust becuase they were sold out. Im starting to wonder that they wont write me back becuase they are sold out and my order is on hold.

Ok, so Im writing here to see if I can get some feedback to how your communication was with EHS.

I ordered on thursday afternoon. Got a confirmation email thursday night. Was like wow good stuff. Well the email said that I was supposed to get a confirmation email with shipping on friday. Did not recieve it so I sent EHS a email and PM on friday night. Took untill Tuesday for him to reply to the pm and still no email. I get that they had an issue. So its now Thursday and still no reply back to email and still have yet to get a cinfimation email with shipping info.

I hear nothing but great things about EHS and have never read anything negative about them on this site. I can't speak for EHS but when I ordered my exhaust "from another company" it took a few weeks for them to build and ship it to me, plus this time of year shipping is a lot slower than normal. From reading everyone else’s experience with EHS I would say they are doing everything they can to get you your exhaust as soon as possible.

As said above, building the exhaust takes a little while plus it being the holiday season, I'm sure they have a lot going on. Its only been a week today, relax and if your still not satisfied, pick up the phone and actually talk to someone instead of sending pm's and emails.

Im not concerned that the exhaust isnt here yet! Im concerned with the fact that I have yet to recieve emails and and shipping confirmation. And ninelives I did call them and they didnt answer the phone. I could care less if shipping takes 2 weeks I just want some confirmation that it shipped and just some kind of communication.

Im not trying to be a dick or bash EHS. I just know that when I get stuff from Rockymountain or other sites, they send me emails or respond within atleast a day. Not 2 or 3 days down the road they write back and then knowing that Im waiting for an answer not write back for another 3 days.

One thing to Remember is that EHS is not Rockymtn... he is alot smaller and has one shop... He stated that he is sick as well... that and snow can hold things up.. It will come just be patient. Eric is a great guy and if they didnt answer the phone the shops probably closed due to weather.. just my 2 cents

I like helping small places out especially someone who is as well known as eric. I just assumed a person would have a way to check email at home even if sick. But then again who knows how sick he is. Either way alls I want is a email stateing that it shipped that's it. A 3 weird email.

I 2nd this , Eric is in British terms " a top bloke ". He will try his best to get the parts to you.
One of the few guys I have talked to over the phone. Just wish the UK would test the exhaust dbs , as the US do.

Im am sick and had to leave on a 800 mile trip to see a sick relative that i dont know is going to make it much longer so excuse me if i seem less than amuzed over this i appreciate your business and practical live at my shop to answer questions like this i will be back monday if you need further help

Look I understand that the worlds not perfect. I also understand that there are times whwere family emergencies come up. Now that I know that I feel differently. I dont think I should get any special treatment for my purchase. I just want a response to my questions. HMF Slip On

Hi, New to the forum here. Would like to know if its absolutely required to have programmer to run a slip on to avoid damaging the engine? Engine is completely stock. Thanks for any help.
