it will still be a little while but its in the works at least i have been talking with WK for awhile now about getting a cast cylinder made up and we are going to be making a billet 1 now they will cost more but its the only way we could justify the 20k plus casting fees. It will be a 108mm aluminum nikasil cylider for around the $800 ball park. Tim a barkers is going to get us a crank i am guessing it will be in the 6mil area and im working on another head/cam setup. I think with some changes im going to make to the head we can run a billet TB with minumum changes

Do you or Eric (WK) know when these might be ready or who is going to do the first stroker (EHS or WK) I guess what I'm trying to say is do you guys already have someone lined up to be first or a waiting list?
they will still be awhile. im sure it ill be at least a month or 2 he could have the cylinders done quicker but it takes awhile especially when there are several people involved

there are some things with the additional bore size that allow the head to do more things. you can make a stock stroke stock bore make some hp but the tq you will see and how the power is carried will be nothing like what a 108/mild stroke will perform like. Bo is right its not so much the port work that takes the time its the rest of the stuff with the head. i dont know if we will ever get the hp we are out of the raptors but what i have planned should be a substaintial upgrade

ok who is bringing in there bike to start testing some stuff?

big three already done or wanting to get it preferred. i will give you a good deal on it.

no crank/cylinder yet but other stuff i will need it for a little while i have a couple different heads i want to try. I will give whoever free port work and cost on parts and free labor but you will need to work with me on time frames i will need it for probably 3-4 weeks straight

I would call Daniel at High Desert Dyno  click the link in my sig. If you got the White Knuckle 727(Daniel at HDD is a WK dealer) with 13:5:1 CP piston or 12:1 for pump gas (you may need to run 50/50) head P&P, +3 throttle body, Web cam, a good exhaust (Sparks or Barkers), and a power commander you would have 65+ HP.

P.S my nitrous isn’t to make 65HP it’s to make 85
dang in my own thread you try to refer people to someone else that isnt a sponsor for doing exactly what im doing, kinda disrespectful imo

flow in the head is def not maxed there is a lot of room for improvent +1 valves aint gonna get the job done for big HP it will for most people but not big#'s i think a 40mm/34mm setup with a 6.0mm stem would do nicely the valves these come with are beastly

i know 39mm will work i will have a head soon with those to be testing hopefully soon

you make more power with more cc's to an extent there is really no math that is correct all the time the biggest thing with more cc is supporting parts if that cant handle it your not going to see the gains your motor is only as strong as the weakest link in it.

the power band you can create with more cc is hard to match with smaller motors just becasue it dyno's close to the same dont put it the same in action a 2500-3500 rpm range will beat a peak # all day these guys aint going to be at 8000rpm all the time
